The Community Opportunities Board is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jodi Woessner as the agency’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026.
With more than 30 years of leadership and advocacy for people with developmental disabilities, Jodi brings deep experience and a proven record of impact. Recruited with the support of EMD Consulting, she joins us from Pathways to Independence, where she led significant growth serving over 250 individuals across Greater St. Louis.
Jodi’s career spans direct support, state leadership roles, and executive leadership with organizations including The Belle Center, St. Louis Arc, and Missouri First Steps. She is also an active leader in the nonprofit community through the Gateway Coalition of Service Providers. Jodi has also been active in the non-profit sector as member of the Advocacy Committee for the Gateway Coalition of Service Providers and the Deaconess Foundation. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoys reading and gardening.
