Job Opening: Director of Employment Services (Full-time/Salaried)
Location: Troy, MO

We are seeking an experienced Director of Employment Services to lead and oversee our Employment Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Supervise Employment Specialists.
- Work closely with the local business community to identify and create employment opportunities.
- Data collection/reporting and budget development/adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree qualifying as a QDDP.
- 5+ years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Join our dedicated team in providing direct supports to adults with developmental disabilities - teaching life skills in their homes and community. HS diploma / GED and valid MO driver's license required. Qualifying candidates will also require basic computer skills.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include: days / evenings / weekdays / weekends / holidays.

Full-time overnight position responsible for the provision of protective oversight to persons served during sleeping hours in residential settings. No prior experience / certifications required. Must have diploma or GED, valid MO driver’s license & Clean background screening.
This is an entry-level position with full agency-paid benefits after 3 months (employee medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, monthly accrued PTO, paid holidays & agency-funded retirement).
